History

Trinity Brass, as it was known in the early 1980s, was a brass ensemble directed by Robert Nelson, organist and music director at Trinity Lutheran in Camp Hill. Following Nelson’s retirement, Zach Stern became music director at Trinity Lutheran and took over Trinity Brass. Later, when Stern left Trinity, the brass ensemble re-assembled into a brass quintet, taking the name BrassWorks, and that original group included current member Ron Louder on trombone. In addition, our group also includes Andrew Charland on tuba, Jason Clarke and Nathan Froehlich on trumpet, and Lisa Cronin on French Horn.
